Philippine Gaudoux’s main practices include international commercial litigation and arbitration.
Philippine Gaudoux acts as counsel for French and foreign companies in industrial projects and construction disputes.
She accompanies French and international clients during settlement discussions and trials relating to contractual liability, unfair competition and parasitic behaviors.
Philippine Gaudoux also acts as counsel in expertise proceedings for commercial leases.
She is involved in the preparation and drafting of expert opinions on specific aspects of French law for foreign courts and companies.
She also acts as secretary to the arbitral tribunal in ICC arbitration proceedings.
